What Velarum is not

• ❌ A wallet. Your keys stay with you.
• ❌ A custodial service. Velarum servers hold zero signing material (HC-NC-1).
• ❌ A fee-on-transaction processor. Velarum charges SaaS subscription, never % of payment volume (HC-NC-4).
